HELLO!
im back here, POSTING!
Well, i'll post about today's trip to BUKIT BATOK NATURE PARK. :D
in the morning, we gather at the foyer for a short briefing. but i wasnt there. after that, we are the first class to move out of the school. Our teacher-in-charge was MR APPLE NG & MR FONG. :) Great teachers, yea?
when we reached there.. well, i think we went to the wrong spot as the other class went the other way.. so we catch up with them via the other way and we reach the meet up point first. :)
on the way there, there's only 1 word for me to describe : TIRING!
this is because yesterday we just had our PFT ( physical fitness test ) or called NAPFA.
there were many steep slopes and long staircases there. i remember that joevenn, bernard, rachel and me were struggling like hell to reach the top of the steep slope. HAHA.. It's so fun. Are we getting older?
LOL. Then, we reached the quarry cliff.
it is made up of granite stones, it is also the home for the various shy fish species
then, we carry on.. to our DESTINATION : TCS tower. (transmission tower) :D
It was a long way there.. we rest several times on the way up. this is because the transmisson towers owned by the MEDIACORP were located at the hilltop.
There were lookout points form the park, some reaching more than 10 storeys high, providing breath-taking views. there were also WW II memorial plaque located just below the TCS tower.
