Hi,
Heres what i think to make a perfect =X party!
Attendance
We should make use of laptops and make a small receptionist table, this table will be used for the following things
-Attendance
-Information counter
-Goodies =P
The attendance should NOT be confirmed first. Send emails, smses etc. Telling them the venue, time and what to bring. This is to avoid wasting precious time. Then, wait until people come to the recep table and sign their name! Simple eh? xD
Venue
Heres what i think. We should not be worrying about the venue, but worrying what will we do when it rains? Wet weather programs? But if it was me, i would go
-East Coast Park (Shelter, BBQ pit, bicycle rental)
-Labrador Park (BBQ pit, good scenery)
-West Coast Park (BBQ pit, not sure whether they have shelter)
Time and Date
Time should be at night(well most of the celebrations i've been to was at night and I found it very enjoyable), date should be within December.

Funds
This should not be the problem, judging from how Mrs Goh is collecting $, we should have enough for a huge roll of tissue paper =P. haha, just joking.
As what Bernard said, we should skip Wednesday ritual for OUR celebration. During this time, we should collect about $5 from everyone and an additional $10 from all teachers(must confirm with them first) that are going. The total estimated should be... 180~210.

Hi, everyone.Long time no type. This time i will write quite short, OK? because people asked me like are you practicing composition skills, why you write so long and formal and etc... Anyway, I just want to remind you that exam is coming and study hard for the exam for your own sake,OK! Frankly speaking, i do not real bear to leave 2E3 even though our class is naughty sometime. This final year exam will decide your life in secondary school for next two years. So, it is consider quite important. We must try our best to score high for exam to prove to other classes and teachers that our class is good class.So, they will not look down on us anymore,OK? Some of us are also planning for fare ware party and i would like to have some performances for party.We may be inviting most of our subject teachers and also Mr Leong (ex- ft) unless they are not free. I really want to know who want to perform on party day.I hope most of you will participate. If you really want to perform, please come and tell me. You can do anything sing, dance, jump,drama.... anything you like but no vulgarity and improper act, OK! Do not be shy to perform, you will be doing only in front your classmates and teachers nothing to shy about. Even though you are not talented like me but you still can participate because we are not choosing superstar or idols just for fun and party,entertainment, OK? I better stop here. Please kindly come and tell me if you want to perform,OK?
