Hi,
Heres what i think to make a perfect =X party!
Attendance
We should make use of laptops and make a small receptionist table, this table will be used for the following things
-Attendance
-Information counter
-Goodies =P
The attendance should NOT be confirmed first. Send emails, smses etc. Telling them the venue, time and what to bring. This is to avoid wasting precious time. Then, wait until people come to the recep table and sign their name! Simple eh? xD
Venue
Heres what i think. We should not be worrying about the venue, but worrying what will we do when it rains? Wet weather programs? But if it was me, i would go
-East Coast Park (Shelter, BBQ pit, bicycle rental)
-Labrador Park (BBQ pit, good scenery)
-West Coast Park (BBQ pit, not sure whether they have shelter)
Time and Date
Time should be at night(well most of the celebrations i've been to was at night and I found it very enjoyable), date should be within December.

Funds
This should not be the problem, judging from how Mrs Goh is collecting $, we should have enough for a huge roll of tissue paper =P. haha, just joking.
As what Bernard said, we should skip Wednesday ritual for OUR celebration. During this time, we should collect about $5 from everyone and an additional $10 from all teachers(must confirm with them first) that are going. The total estimated should be... 180~210.
